LIMITED WARRANTY

Customer must immediately notify ElementsPro, LLC in writing about potential warranty issues. Notification must be made as soon as an issue is noticed and within the warranty period as described below for each service. ElementsPro will respond promptly and investigate the issue. ElementsPro will determine if an issue is covered by the warranty. Any work covered by the following warranties will be done promptly. Customer account must be in good standing with no past due balances for warranties to apply. All warranties are non-transferable.

PLANT WARRANTY

We guarantee new plant material for one year from the installation date.
We do not warrant the plants to grow, nor do we warrant or guarantee specific results.
Warranty only covers new plants procured and installed by ElementsPro LLC.
Our warranty does not cover transplanted plants.
Our warranty does not cover customer error, improper use or care, vandalism, weather or other events outside our control.
Our warranty does not cover any plant installed by ElementsPro LLC that is later transplanted by an individual (including the customer) or another company.
Plant material covered by this warranty, which dies during the warranty period, will be replaced with plant material of like variety and original size, one time only.
The warranty period will not be extended if a plant is replaced.
The dead plant must remain in place until ElementsPro, LLC inspects it. If the plant is moved or removed, the warranty is void.
Warranty covers the cost of the plant only and does not cover the cost of labor, equipment, or other necessary supplies and materials needed to install a replacement plant.
It is the full responsibility of the customer to learn and apply the proper care of plants installed by ElementsPro, LLC.
Warranty does not apply to annuals.

LAWN and LANDSCAPE WARRANTY

Warranty for craftsmanship applies to new landscape beds and newly seeded or sodded lawns for one year after the date of installation.
A seeded lawn is guaranteed for germination if it is being properly watered and cared for (including turf fertilization).
There is no warranty against weed development in landscape beds or lawns.
Warranty does not cover customer error, improper use or care, vandalism, weather or other events outside the control of ElementsPro.
Warranty does not cover a lawn or landscape bed if modified or damaged by the customer or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.

HARDSCAPE WARRANTY

Craftsmanship of hardscapes is warrantied for one year from project completion date.
Costs for equipment, materials, and/or other supplies needed to correct errors in craftsmanship will be charged to the customer.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used for hardscape projects. ElementsPro does not warranty materials.
The customer is responsible for the cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact manufacturers for warranty coverage details and replacements unless otherwise arranged with ElementsPro, LLC at the time of a warranty issue.
Warranty does not cover customer error or improper use or care, vandalism, weather, or other events outside the control of ElementsPro.
Warranty does not cover discoloration, efflorescence, damage caused using ice melt, salt, or similar or other tools or equipment for snow or ice removal, or stains caused by a foreign substance.
There is no warranty against weed development.
Warranty does not cover damage due to modifications or repairs to hardscape(s) made by any individual (including the homeowner/customer) or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING WARRANTY

Craftsmanship on outdoor lighting is guaranteed for one year from installation date.
Costs for equipment, materials, and/or other supplies needed to correct errors in craftsmanship will be charged to the customer.
Manufacturer warranties apply to lighting fixtures and lamps.
Cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty will be charged to the customer.
The customer is responsible for the cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact manufacturers for warranty coverage details, unless otherwise arranged with ElementsPro, LLC.

Warranty does not cover damage due to modifications or repairs made by any individual (including the homeowner/customer) or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.

DRAINAGE

Drainage work is not covered by warranty due to the inherent nature and unpredictability of water and soil.

IRRIGATION WARRANTY

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.
Cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty will be charged to the customer.
Irrigation systems installed by ElementsPro, LLC have a one-year craftsmanship warranty and covers any installation defects that are not the fault of the customer.
Warranty does not cover customer error, improper use or care, vandalism, weather, or other events outside our control.
Warranty does not cover damage due to modifications or repairs made by any individual (including the homeowner/customer) or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.
Warranty is contingent upon proper winterization, start-up, and maintenance.

FENCE and GATE WARRANTY

Warranty covers craftsmanship for one year from date of installation.
Manufacturers’ warranties apply to materials.
ElementsPro, LLC does not warranty materials.
Cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty will be charged to the homeowner/customer.
Warranty does not cover customer error, improper use or care, vandalism, weather, or other events outside our control.
Warranty does not cover damage due to modifications or repairs made by any individual (including the homeowner/customer) or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.

WATER FEATURE WARRANTY

Warranty covers craftsmanship for one year from date of installation, contingent upon proper winterization, start-up, and maintenance.
Manufacturers’ warranties apply to materials.
Cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty will be charged to the homeowner/customer.
Warranty does not cover customer error, improper use or care, vandalism, weather, or other events outside our control.
Warranty does not cover damage due to modifications or repairs made by any individual (including the homeowner/customer) or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.

FIRE FEATURE WARRANTY

Warranty covers craftsmanship for one year from date of installation.
Manufacturers’ warranties apply to materials.
Cost of labor, supplies, equipment, and/or other materials needed to repair or replace materials covered by a manufacturer warranty will be charged to the homeowner/customer.
Irrigation systems installed by ElementsPro, LLC have a one-year craftsmanship warranty and covers any installation defects that are not the fault of the homeowner/customer.
Warranty does not cover customer error, improper use or care, vandalism, weather, or other events outside our control.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by overheating.
Warranty does not cover damage due to modifications or repairs made by any individual (including the homeowner/customer) or company other than ElementsPro, LLC.
